Paramount Pictures Releases its New Animated Film, Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank

Paramount Pictures has just released a new trailer for its newest animated film, Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank. This trailer provides a glimpse of the animated film about the Samurai, as well as how Samuel L. Jackson's role as voice actor in the film in his trademark style. Paws of Fury will be released in theaters this July 15th.

Paws of Fury tells the story of a desperate dog named Hank (voiced by Michael Cera), who finds himself in a city full of cats. Needing guidance, Hank finds a famous but reclusive Samurai instructor, (voiced by Jackson), who will teach him what it takes to become a Samurai. And just in time, because the city of cats is immediately threatened by a villain voiced by Ricky Gervais who hopes to destroy the small town. Hank must sharpen his fighting skills and learn to work with his feline "comrades" to fight off the impending threat. But there's one snag — cats hate dogs, Hank included.



The railer above is preceded by an introduction by Samuel L. Jackson, an iconic actor known for his vocabulary that is not suitable for children to watch. He seems to seamlessly bring out the character of a Samurai instructor for poor Hank. The trailer follows Hank as he begins his journey to become a fighter — his way of escaping the constant abuse he received from other dogs in his old neighborhood.

The trailer then introduces the big, hot-tempered Samurai instructor, as well as the other players in the conflict, topped off with dirty jokes and physical comedy. In addition to Michael Cera, Samuel L. Jackson, and Ricky Gervais, the film features a star-studded voice cast including comedy legend Mel Brooks, Star Trek alum George Takei, Aasif Mandvi, Gabriel Iglesias, Djimon Hounsou, Michelle Yeoh, Kylie Kuioka, and Cathy. Walker Scobell Will Play the Leading Role of Percy Jackson & The Olympians


Disney's project adaptation of Rick Riordan's novel Percy Jackson & The Olympians has found its main character. They chose Walker Scobell as the main character in the fantasy series. The Adam Project star will play Percy Jackson in the upcoming series that will air on Disney+. Percy is a modern-day 12-year-old boy who learns that he is actually a demigod, the son of the Greek god Poseidon. In the series he is described as:

Scobell himself is a newcomer child actor who made his film debut this year alongside Ryan Reynolds in the Netflix film, The Adam Project. The film was a huge success for the streaming service, being watched for more than 92 million hours in its premiere weekend. He will next appear in Paramount's film Secret Headquarters, which is currently in the works and will be released in theaters August 5.

The series will be a live-action adaptation of the worldwide bestselling book series and will begin with the first book, “The Lightning Thief”. Set in modern times, the series will tell the story of a 12 year old boy, Percy Jackson, who discovers that not only is the Greek God real, but that he is the son of Poseidon, the Greek God of the Sea.
